Alexander Home Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time
    • All orders processing may take up to 3 business days before shipping. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
    • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Shipping Carriers: We offer a choice between USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.
    • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
    • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include a tracking number which you can use to follow the progress of your shipment.
    • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
  4. Damages
    • All shipments are insured through the carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@alexanderhomegoods.com so we can process a claim with the carrier.
    • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
    • Please email us with your order number and attached photos of the damaged packaging and merchandise.
  5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses (If Applicable)
    • Some carriers do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If this applies, please provide a street address to avoid delays.
  6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Failed Deliveries
    • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee address updates once an order has begun processing.
    • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
