1. Clear the Mechanism (Moisture Check)

Moisture can dissolve and re-harden salt, causing the grinder to seize.

• Empty the mill completely.
• Tap the shaft downward onto a soft towel to dislodge trapped grains.
• Brush the mechanism with a dry, soft-bristle brush to remove residue.
• Test the handle while empty. Once it rotates smoothly, refill it.

2. Check Your Salt Size

Recommendation: Use coarse salt. The mechanism will struggle or jam if you use large salt rocks.

Tip: Check the care sheet included in your original packaging for full cleaning instructions. Keeping your mill dry is the best way to prevent issues!
